United Administrative Services (“UAS”), the administrative office of the Health and Welfare Trust Fund is the only authorized source of information concerning the administration of the Trust and the interpretation of the Plan provisions affecting the rights and duties of the participants. The Trustees of the Plan hope that these benefits will protect you and your family members if any of you suffer illness or injury.
